H&R Block Announces Release Schedule for Third Quarter Results

KANSAS CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 18, 2004--H&R Block Inc. (NYSE:HRB) will report fiscal 2004 third quarter financial results Tuesday, February 24 after close of market, 4 p.m. EST. At that time, the company will publish its results in a press release that will also be available at the company's Web site at www.hrblock.com.

At 5 p.m. EST, H&R Block will host a conference call for analysts, institutional investors and shareholders. Mark A. Ernst, chairman of the board and chief executive officer, and Jeffery W.
