KANSAS CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 6, 2005--H&R Block Inc. (NYSE:HRB) will host its annual Investment Community Conference Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2005, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST) in New York. The conference will provide a comprehensive look at H&R Block's growth strategy, short- and long-term financial targets, progress toward delivering tax services and extending financial advice to clients, and an overview of the company's marketing plans for the upcoming tax-filing season.
