Dividend Reinvestment Plan

H&R Block is pleased to offer shareholders a convenient and economical way to increase ownership in H&R Block common stock through our Dividend Reinvestment Plan. The plan allows shareholders to automatically purchase additional shares with your dividends. You can also purchase additional shares with voluntary cash payments of up to $2000 a month. Participation in the plan is completely voluntary. You may join or withdraw at any time.

If you are not currently a shareholder of record, you must purchase your first share(s) of stock and register the stock(s) in your name prior to enrolling in the plan.

If you are a “street name” HRB shareholder and hold your shares through a third party, you may join the program by registering one or more of your shares of common stock directly in your name.
